Somewhere along the way, you learned to become who the world needed you to be.
CHOSEN helps millennial women reconnect with the wisdom of their bodies through the Somatic Liberation Method™ so they can trust themselves, create extraordinary intimacy, and build a life that feels wildly alive.
I Choose MeYou've built a beautiful life. And somewhere beneath the achievements, the expectations, and all that doing, you lost touch with yourself. Somewhere along the way, your nervous system learned that being your full self wasn't always safe, so you adapted brilliantly.
But adaptation isn't the same as aliveness.
You don't need another morning routine, another mindset shift, or more strategies. You need a nervous system that has the capacity to let you feel fully alive.
When your body knows safety, you reclaim your ability to choose.
This is the woman you're remembering in CHOSEN.
She knows her worth. She asks for what she needs. She trusts her body's wisdom and lives from authentic expression. She has a rooted knowing of who she is, her values, her standards, her non-negotiables.
She comes to herself for answers before she goes looking for anyone else's approval. She lets herself be messy and vibrant and playful and fully expressed. She feels fear without letting it make her decisions.
She's soft. She's fierce. She's unfuckwithable.
She trusts herself.
She's rooted enough to let her wild heart lead.
She's wildly alive.
You've read the books, listened to the podcasts, sat in therapy for years. You understand your patterns inside and out. So why do they keep showing up anyway?
Because insight alone doesn't create transformation. Your body has to experience something different.
CHOSEN was created for millennial women who are ready to reclaim the most alive version of themselves.
Recognize the unconscious patterns, beliefs, and nervous system responses that have quietly shaped your life. Learn to notice your body's protective adaptations with curiosity instead of judgment, creating the awareness that makes real change possible.
Reconnect with your body, your emotions, your intuition, and your deepest values. Create genuine experiences of safety, build nervous system capacity, and develop the inner resources to stay connected to yourself even when life feels uncertain.
Bring your reclaimed self into your real life. Speak your truth. Ask for what you need. Set loving boundaries. As your nervous system reorganizes, you'll notice your relationships, opportunities, and the way you move through the world begin to shift with you.
As your nervous system changes, so does what your body believes is possible. You build the capacity to stay present with joy, intimacy, desire, and truth, without needing to edit yourself to feel safe.
For as long as I can remember, I looked outside of myself to know if I was okay. And nowhere did I do that more than in love.
The interesting part is that I grew up in a home filled with love. My parents adored me. I spent my childhood exploring the outdoors, traveling, learning the value of hard work, and developing a deep connection to nature. Looking back, I know how fortunate I was. And yet, like so many women, I still learned that there were parts of me that felt safer to express than others. Somewhere along the way, I began believing there was a version of me that was easier to love, less emotional, less sensitive, less "too much." Without realizing it, I became incredibly good at editing myself.
That pattern quietly followed me into every relationship. My first real boyfriend was the kind of guy I thought was impossibly cool, and almost immediately I started shaping myself into the version of me I thought he wanted. Every relationship after that became another opportunity to earn love. I gave until I was depleted, hid the parts of myself that felt inconvenient, and waited for text messages as if my worth was somehow being held inside someone else's phone. Looking back, I can see that I wasn't really searching for love. I was searching for proof that I was enough.
One memory still captures that season of my life perfectly. I clogged the toilet while on vacation with a boyfriend's family and was absolutely terrified to tell anyone. The embarrassment wasn't really about the toilet. It was the fear that one imperfect, human moment would confirm everything I already believed about myself, that I was too much, too inconvenient, too flawed to be fully loved. That relationship ended a week later, and although the breakup had nothing to do with the toilet, my nervous system quietly filed it away as more evidence that I wasn't enough.
My longest relationship lasted for years, on and off. I built my life around someone else's needs, bought the groceries, planned the vacations, made the dinners, and slowly disconnected from myself in the process. When that relationship finally ended, I realized I wasn't just grieving the loss of someone I loved. I was grieving the woman I had abandoned while trying so desperately to be chosen. My body had been whispering for years that something wasn't right, but I had become so practiced at overriding my own intuition that I no longer knew how to trust it.
I wasn't looking for somatic work when I found it. I was looking for relief.
I still remember sitting on my couch during a virtual session with my mentor. The afternoon light was pouring through the windows, my plants surrounded me, and something happened that I still struggle to fully explain. For the first time, I felt the fear I'd been carrying in my body begin to soften. It wasn't another mindset breakthrough. It wasn't another realization about my childhood. My body experienced safety in a way it never had before. I could finally feel the love that had always existed inside me instead of constantly searching for it somewhere else.
That single experience changed the trajectory of my life because I realized the pattern had never lived only in my thoughts. It lived in my body. In the way I braced. The way I overgave. The way I performed. The way I abandoned myself before anyone else had the chance to.
As I continued this work, I learned how to build nervous system capacity instead of simply managing my emotions. I learned to trust the wisdom of my body, honor my desires, speak my truth, and stop looking outside myself for permission to be who I already was. A few months later, I met Bryce, but this time I entered a relationship from an entirely different place. I wasn't looking for someone to complete me or tell me who I was. I had finally started becoming the woman I could trust.
Today, my life isn't extraordinary because it's perfect. It's extraordinary because it feels like mine. I live in the mountains with Bryce and our rescue pup, Otis. I spend my days building a business that reflects my deepest values, cooking nourishing meals, walking in nature, slowing down enough to actually enjoy my life, and choosing presence over urgency. The disappointment that once followed me everywhere has been replaced with something I never thought was possible, a deep sense of aliveness.
That journey inspired The Unedited Woman.
Not because I have all the answers, but because I know what it feels like to spend years performing for love, questioning your worth, and slowly losing yourself in the process. I also know what becomes possible when your nervous system finally learns that you don't have to earn your worth, perform for belonging, or abandon yourself to be deeply loved.
I believe our generation of women is being invited into something different. We've mastered achievement, responsibility, and holding everything together. Now we get to learn what it feels like to trust ourselves, honor our bodies, and live from authentic expression instead of protection. We get to reclaim the parts of ourselves we've spent years editing.
CHOSEN is where that reclamation begins.
Through the Somatic Liberation Method™, I'll guide you in building the nervous system capacity to stop performing, reconnect with the wisdom of your body, deepen intimacy, and become rooted enough to let your wild heart lead.
If you've spent years wondering why success, self-awareness, or even love still hasn't brought the fulfillment you long for, you're not broken.
Here's how we create the transformation you've been imagining.
Twice-weekly live somatic renegotiation work, so you're supported while real life is actually happening.
Practices you'll actually reach for in the moments that matter, during conflict, hard conversations, overwhelm, and intimacy.
A structured six phase embodiment curriculum that builds a new pattern month by month, instead of handing you information all at once.
A private community so you're never doing the hardest parts of this alone.
Integration practices built for a full life, so the work moves with you instead of becoming one more thing to keep up with.
Every session is live and relational. You are witnessed in real time, inside the actual dynamics and decisions your life is presenting. This is a container held by someone who has been inside this experience, not just studied it.
I've always had a feeling that the experiences that have impacted my life weren't that big of a deal compared to what others had to overcome, and that I should be able to just get over it. I felt like there was something wrong with me because I couldn't do that. I believed I was just always going to be stuck.
Chosen has shown me that I'm not broken, that other women have very similar experiences to me and have also struggled to heal from those experiences because we didn't have the right tools to do so. I wasn't sure how I would feel about sharing my painful experiences with women I didn't know, but there is so much support, understanding and love on the calls. I feel seen and accepted.
I no longer feel like my mind and my body are two separate entities, I feel like they are finally in harmony again, or maybe for the first time in my life. I have more self-love, more confidence, more inner peace, more safety than I ever thought possible. Chosen has truly changed my life.
I started Chosen after working for approximately 2 months one on one with Emma for somatic therapy. Big transitions in my life with career, marriage and children had left me feeling on auto pilot and I felt sad and anxious all the time. I was only ok if those around me were happy and approved of me, I was living for the happiness of others. I didn't like the way I was living my life but was clueless how to change. I had tried traditional talk therapy in the past and medications, but they didn't help very much. I saw Emma's posts on social media and with every message I swear she was in my head. My first few sessions with Emma, all I did was cry. I hadn't cried like that in a long time, I had no idea how much I was holding in. It was intimidating the first few times sharing my personal life with complete strangers, but after the first week I didn't feel alone anymore. I am not the same woman who started this program, and I want to live my life to the top. For the first time I think it's possible.
I have worked with Emma for several years in different nervous system modalities and I will say that being part of the private group of women in Chosen has been the most life changing for me. I started with Emma as a frightened, insecure, frozen block of ice and through our work together and with the other women in this group, I have literally experienced my being thaw, my courage grow and my confidence to handle daily challenges return. My marriage has improved as I have learned what stuff is mine and what's not. The basic skill set is learning to listen to my body and be able to feel safe and calm. Being in a group was not in my comfort zone at the start, but it has been invaluable in my growth and realizing that I am not alone in my struggles. While one-on-one definitely has different advantages, I would not trade my time with the group for anything. Emma makes you feel seen, heard and understood. She is very intuitive and skilled in her guidance. I highly recommend the experience to everyone.
I believe millennial women are living through something unique. We were raised to achieve, accommodate, perform, and prove ourselves. Many of us built beautiful lives while quietly losing touch with ourselves along the way. CHOSEN was created to support this season of remembering who you were before you learned to edit yourself.
Therapy helped you understand why you feel the way you do. Somatic work helps your body experience something different. Through the Somatic Liberation Method™, we work with the nervous system to gently build the capacity to feel, express, receive, and choose differently, not by forcing change, but by creating safety for it.
You don't need to have the answers before you begin. Many women come into CHOSEN disconnected from their own desires because they've spent years prioritizing everyone else's. One of the greatest gifts of this work is learning to hear your own body again. Clarity isn't a prerequisite, it's one of the outcomes.
Not at all. Some women join to deepen their romantic relationship. Others are single, navigating career transitions, rebuilding after burnout, or simply longing to feel more like themselves again. At its heart, CHOSEN is about the relationship you have with yourself, everything else grows from there. And if you do have a partner, they don't need to be doing this work alongside you. You don't need your partner to change for your relationship to begin changing. As you build more capacity, self-trust, and authentic expression, the way you show up naturally shifts. While we can't control another person's growth, we can transform how we relate, communicate, and choose.
I understand that fear, because many women have invested in programs before and felt disappointed. CHOSEN isn't about asking you to become a different person overnight. It's about meeting you exactly where you are and helping your nervous system build sustainable change over time, with support, community, and practices that integrate into your real life.
Most women spend about 1 to 2 hours a week inside CHOSEN, between live sessions and the practices you'll bring into your everyday life. It's built to fit inside a full life, not compete with it.
Then you're in the right place. So many of us learned there was a version of ourselves that was easier to love. CHOSEN is about remembering that your worth was never dependent on becoming smaller, quieter, or more perfect.
Many women notice that as they build nervous system capacity, overthinking softens, emotional resilience grows, and they begin responding to life with more presence and choice. Our goal isn't to eliminate difficult emotions, it's to help you build the capacity to move through them without abandoning yourself.
The investment isn't just in six months of coaching. It's a decision to choose yourself, to trust your body, live from authentic expression, and become rooted enough to let your wild heart lead.
Every CHOSEN experience includes twice-weekly live coaching, the Somatic Liberation Method™, guided somatic practices, a private community, and ongoing support as you build the nervous system capacity to live from authentic expression, create extraordinary intimacy, and become rooted enough to let your wild heart lead.
Every woman who learns to trust her body, speak her truth, and let her wild heart lead changes more than her own life. She changes her relationships, her family, her friendships, her community, and the generations that come after her.
I'd be honored to walk beside you as you become the most alive version of yourself.
Today, you have one choice to make.
Will you keep waiting to be chosen? Or... will you choose yourself?
